Recruitment

The Buckeye Undergraduate Consulting Club recruits twice per academic year at the beginning of each semester. If you are interested in joining, please join the recruitment GroupMe (not active) to ensure you are up to date on recruitment communications. View our full recruitment timeline below.

WHY JOIN US

Our organization goes beyond the classroom, providing real-world client interactions and tangible impact on companies of all sizes. We develop our members from the ground up, putting new analysts through a semester-long Consulting Education Program (CEP) that introduces students to consultants in the field and the skills required for the role. Furthermore, our vast network of alumni and industry connections allows members interested in the competitive consulting industry access to networking opportunities and case preparation.

What we look for

We keep our membership pool competitive to guarantee a personalized and highly impactful CEP experience. Because of all the amazing applications we receive, recruitment has become very competitive in recent years. Academic performance, extracurricular involvement, and strong communication skills are expected, but we also seek individuals that have a desire to become a productive and committed member of the club. It is important to demonstrate an understanding of what our club does and how you can personally contribute value to us.
