From all industries
We have taken projects with venture capital firms, health care companies, start-ups, nonprofits, and many more. The companies to the right are only a sampling of the numerous projects completed since 2011.
Every semester, we look to take on about 7-8 projects and carefully select these projects based on our skillset and the client's proposal. Projects typically last one semester, but it's not uncommon for clients to request continued work and develop a relationship with our organization.

Project Timeline
We work with clients over a period of 8 weeks to find actionable recommendations that can create lasting impact. Each project is assigned to a team of consultants, usually consisting of a senior advisor, project partner, project lead, and four consultants. We continuously engage with our clients to ensure that the project evolves according to the client's needs. We organize frequent meetings to keep the client updated with our progress.
